The fire in Stuncroft has never burned as bright as it does now

2020 brought so many challenges. It is vital we all reflect on just what we faced as an industry and take comfort that we are still here ready to embrace the recovery when it arrives.

For those who diversified to ensure survival, for the staff who remained patient on furlough and for the super mums and dads balancing home schooling with home working, we salute you.

2021 has already had its fair share of disruption. Our 3rd National Lockdown and the spectre of Brexit implications still loom large in our landscapes.

We want you to know however, that at Stuncroft we are committed to positive change across all three facets of our business.

At Stuncroft we are placing our customer at the heart of everything we do. Clothing is what we know and we will not be satisfied until our customers consider us best in class for service & innovation.

Ease of use is our mantra and I am thrilled that our team has developed into a committed group with a shared vision.

I am immensly proud to be leading a team of such dedicated industry professionals and we look forward to the future together.

We have conducted a top to bottom overhaul of our e-commerce systems from Made to Measure to our stock service collections. We will not be satisfied with anything other than industry-leading commerce solutions now. Distance selling and digital architecture have become so prominent since the pandemic enveloped us, and we are absolutely committed to this investment and delivering on this promise swiftly.

Product breadth will be enhanced substantially and we look forward to releasing our new solutions in the near future.

I am delighted to announce new appointments to the Stuncroft team:

Mark Alexander joins the Board as Finance Director. Mark brings considerable finance and management skills to the organisation and is a great addition to the leadership team.

Kelsey Sheppard joined us as Head of Customer Services and we are fully supportive of the change programme she is delivering. Her fearless approach to change is most welcome.

Stephen Newton joined us as Group Logistics Manager ensuring our purpose built warehouse delivers on all our logistics promises.

The fire in Stuncroft (the home of Clubclass, Stuncroft Made to Measure and Stuncroft Contract Tailoring) has never burned as bright as it does now.

We wish all, industry-wide, a bright and restorative 2021 and congratulate you on your resolve to date.

Here’s to only ever looking forward now.
